Remove Users with "User of CI" relationships

Does any know how I can remove a person record, when that person has related CI's without going to each ci and unrelating the one person?

Openview SD 4.5 Sp 18

As you can guess we are using Service Pages, and to allow a user to create a ticket, these users have been related to each ci. Unfortuantely, now when i want to remove the user id, I have to unrelate the ci, but it is a read only view. The only way I know, is to open each CI, go to the user tab find the person and unrelate.

Bill,

The philosophy of OVSD is not to remove records that have been referenced, but rather to block them.

By removing a person, you risk losing historical data about service levels, etc., and falsify your performance statistics.

Of course, you can do this, but you have to do it the hard way, as you have found out.
