Remote updater problem

Hi,

I have been looking into how to use the Remote updater next time we release a new service pack.

We are today using 4.5 SP23 but are planning for SP27.

When I look under General Settings -> Remote updater it looks like there is something missing. (see attached doc)

Shouldn't there be any information under the Enabled button ?

What do I do wrong ?

For some reason you have to tick the box, press APPLY, then OK. Next time you open the tab it will have the current SP details beneath the tick box. (I guess it has to go look)

Thanks for the reply, but I have clicked 'Apply', 'OK', restarted the client, restarted the Application service and even restarted the whole server but without any success.

Anyone with some more tip ?

Hi,

I believe that you should see the SP version like in the screenshot that I attached you.

Although, can you verify if you see the same output from the Legacy MSJVm client instead of the SD Client2008?

Ahh, that was the problem.
It works as expected in MS JVM client but not in Client 2008.

I will take this with HP Support.
