How can I create a view, SQL query or Crystal Report that shows the relationships of CIs?
i.e. A related to B B Related to C so C related to A
Our Server people want to be able to see what Application is effected on what server but we only relate the aerver to the database and the database to the application.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Kcarson,

You can get all the relations between CIs in itsm_ci_relations table.

Yes but I was looking for a easy way to link then in a view or report.

Have you considered the '(Re)Generate Views for Reporting' utility?

That creates user-friendly (sort of) database views...
