Relating Multiple CI's to a Service Case

Time for my question of the Day.

I'm trying to find a way to relate multiple CI's to a specific Service case. In trying to reverse engineer something that the consultants that helped with integration did with work orders, it looks like I need to create an "Entity Set Reference" but all I am seeing available as custom fields are "Entity References" (single CI Relations).

I have included a couple of screen shots to demonstrate what I am talking about.

It is certainly possible that I am simply overlooking something and I sincerely hope that is the case. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Following on to my long-standing tradition of making things more difficult for my self than they need to be...

I can do this through the work order.
