Relating CI to SLA in SD 4.5


what I need to do is -> relate serveral CI to SLA, not to Service itself. Is there a way to do that in SD 4.5 ???

Is there a possibility to add a table(array) field to SLA's form and SLMtable in latest service pack's?? I think that could solve the case ...

any help will be very appreciated,

In later SPs it is possible to create an attribute that holds a set of references to certain entity (i.e. 1 SLA : m CIs).

However such solution will only hold the reference. It won't in any way affect the SLA calculation. Maybe please try to describe what you are trying to achieve.

Also please not that CI can have a reference to Service Level that I think can be applied to Incidents/Service Calls when CI is applied to it.
