Relate change to change in SD 4.5 SP 18

Hi

It`s possible to relate change with a change or n changes?

Maximo,

Only possible when you relate your changes under a project item. So n-related changes togheter are considered as a project in OVSD 4.5

You could create a Service Call and then relate both changes to the Service Call. That is the direction we're going here. We can relate the Service Call to multiple Changes. That way you can open up one Change and then see the Service Call relation and see all the other Changes or other items related to it.

In a perfect world (according to ITIL) the change should be related to a problem/incident.
