Hi all. I have some trouble. I need to relate incident to service call via sd_event. Incident comes from OVO and if CI=Cisco (for example) automatically via sd_event service call is created. Parameters sd_event: -f c:\sd_event\sd_event.ini -v status=Registered 'ci=[Configuration Item]' 'Description=[Description]' 'Information=[Information]' 'Impact=[Impact]' 'Priority=[Priority]' 'uid=[Source ID]' 'relations=1' 'increlid=[ID]', in mapping i mapped relations=1 to "Caused by", increlid mapped to Relations,Incident. sd_event.log has no errors, service call is created, but in a Relations tab incident does not appear.
