Relate CIs from a ticket Person

Hello,

I need that some users can relate CIs from a ticket Person.
But the buttons "View...", "Relateâ ¦", "Unrelate.." are deactivated even with Admin permissions (in the CMDB there are CIs and Persons, so I must can relate it).

Somebody knows the reason of this?

Hi,

This may be a previlige problem or try to relate from the CI instead of relating from the person record....

Hey and one more thing i notice, the person record is not saved...open a saved person and try to do the same..

Hi Vinay, and thanks for your answer,

I have already tried it with a saved person but the buttons continue deactivated.

I can relate a person from a ticket CI, but I need relate a CI from a ticket person.
