Relate CI in Servicepages

Hi All,

I am working on SD4.5 with SP4.

Is there a way to relate CIs in Servicepages by an SP Account User using his login id?

Kindly help!

I believe yes, if you add in standard procedure additional functions(classes) for CIs.

The out of the box Service Call Service Page should always show the CI and Service Field but the pull-down will not have any options unless you have defined them properly:

Service: On an SLA associated with a Service, the Receivers tab must contain the SP Person name or SP User's Organization name.

CI: On the CI form, the Users tab must contain the SP Person name or SP User's Organization name, or the Person or Organization record must have CI's listed on the CI's tab.
