Rejected Email MEssage

Hi,

I'm trying to make the automated email response to a "bad" email a little more user friendly.
The current is as follows:
Subject: Your call has not been accepted

The E-mail you sent has not resulted in the registration or update of a Service Call.
-
The following error(s) occurred:
---------------------------------------------------
The maximum length of 80 characters has exceeded.
---------------------------------------------------
If you have any questions pertaining to this message, you can contact the helpdesk during normal support hours.
-
This message has been generated automatically.
Please do not reply to this message.

Whilst I can modify the actual content okay, it's the actual error message I want to change. e.g.
The maximum length of 80 characters has exceeded.

Any ideas where this is stored? All help greatly appreciated.

Re: Rejected Email MEssage

whis message "The maximum length of 80 characters has exceeded." is stored in admin console/Presentation/localized text/message text/The maximum length of %1 characters has exceeded. other part of message is stored admin console/system panel/E-mail/E-mail templates/Mail Error.
