Question reqarding a view.

We have a chart view that show the number of calls closed (Actual finished) within the different hours of the day (ie 00:00, 12:00, 15:00, etc...). When we look at the view we see counts like 5 for the 12:00 hour, but when we click on the bar on the chart it shows us the 5 calls, but when we open the call we see the actual finish is between 5 and 7 hours different.

Any ideas why the view shows it as 12:00, but in the request it shows 7:00.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same bug when I created the same chart. The problem is simple: SD dont take into account time span from GMT. We have +4 from GMT and all SC that have actual finish for example 16:00 go to column 12:00. So do yours.
I cant find any option in SD that will solve this problem(
