Querying Schedule Task

Dear All,

I have too much schedule task (included expired schedule task). The machine said I have to increase Query limit or filter the query.

Any Idea where should I configure this feature?

THanks,
Eric

Re: Querying Schedule Task

hi!

I don't think you can play around with Sehedulled task. If you want i can send you the query to see how many you have and how to delete them. Again, you can't delete only few of the tasks, either you have to delete them all, or just live with all of them.

or, if you are talking about configuring the number of tickets displyed, you can set the limit in Tools->System->Presentation->Search-> now select incident/service call etc..

Hope this helps...

PS : Thanks for the points, if any.

Re: Querying Schedule Task

hi!
To see the tasks :
SELECT COUNT(*)
FROM rep_javaobjects
, ifc_entities
WHERE ent_oid = jav_entity
AND ENT_NAME like 'Scheduled Tasks'

to delete scheduled task :

DELETE FROM rep_javaobjects
WHERE jav_entity = (
SELECT ent_oid
FROM ifc_entities
WHERE ent_name = 'Scheduled Tasks'
);
