Problems with attachments in Service Desk

I have a problem with acces to attachment files. SD 4.5 SP16 In webconsole I can add or delete attachements. I can not open them. I can open attacements only when I connect only by client working on server SD installed

Hello Vladimir,

You're not the only one! I haven't tried myself since we don't use web console but I have read in this forum that other people have the same problem.

It seems that they didn't update web console to reflect to the new attachment structure!
