Problems read-only tickets in SD 4.5 SP18

Hi,

We have some tickets that they are read-only but some atributes appear like editable (View attach). What is the problem?

Hi,

how have you set up the read only ability?

Check the roles that the users are assigned. If one role that the user is assigned has write access to the field and all other roles that they have is read only then they will have have write access to to field

1) You need to ensure that the roles the users have for their particular level have view access to the fields for all roles
or
2) set up a folder that the ticket is placed in via a rule that the users do not have write access to.
