Problem with sd_event posting CI update from remote system

I receive the following error message when testing sd_event to update some CI fields from a remote system (a Unix OVO server):

SERVER RESPONSE=ERROR: Unknown external application: "Maint_Window_Update".

Here is my sd_event.ini file:

[SD_EVENT]
LOGFILE=sd_event.log
ERROR_LOGFILE=outage_error.log
ACCOUNT=myacct/mypasswd
SERVER=myserver.mydomain
PORT=30980
MAPPING="Maint_Window_Update"
CLASSNAME="Configuration_Item"
MODUS=update
LANGUAGE=GB

The "Maint_Window_Update" import mapping works fine when run from the SD server with an sd_event.ini using SERVER=localhost. The account I'm using has system privileges. I've used the SD agent on the Unix server before with the OVO integration package and it seems to be communicating properly with the SD server (e.g. it works with mkoutage.sh) . Is there some additional configuration I need to do for the Import Mapping, e.g. assign it to a role?

Thanks,
Bill

Have you tried removing the quotes? The case of the application you may want to change - try in upper case. And I assume that the unix server can connect to the app server on port 30980.

Thanks Jonathan! Dropping the quotes did the trick.
