Problem with incoming e-mail command on HP SD 5.1

I am have problem with income e-mail commands.
New service call by command "new" - ok
But I'm have problem with command "update "

I receive message from server
The E-mail you sent has not resulted in the registration or update of a Service Call.

Hello,

does the email sent to Update contains any signature or it is in HTML format?

Try sending the email in Plain-Text format, and make sure that no other lines (i.e. signature) are in the body.

E-mail doesn't contains signature and in Plain-Text :-(

The new command - ok, another commands such as update, add history line - doesn't work
