Problem with drop-downs in HP Service Desk 4.5 SP34

Since upgrading to SP34 we are experiencing the following problem.........
When a system or custom code field contains more than 7 possible entries we are unable to scroll the entire list and to select the last entry using the mouse. It jumps back to the first 7 entries and to select past this point you have to use the arrow keys on the keyboard.

I guess that one should be reported to HP as a bug if it was different in an earlier release.

I have reported it. I was hoping somebody on here may have experienced the same problem

Hi!

i have just tested this with SP34, and cannot verify the problem. All entries in lists with more than seven entries are easily selected by mouse. See attachment.

Forgot to say that I have tested with both the Client2008 and the old "legacy" client.
