Problem with Table View

Hi,

we run OVSD 4.5 SP19 and sometimes users report problem with table views at client start. Screenshot with problem view is attached.

The problem is that columns width in table view is totally minimized. OVSD client restart usually helps but I would like to find the root cause of this problem.

Hi,

could it be a corupt views.dat file on the client system? Rename the views.dat file and restart the client. If still an issue rename the users Servicedesk folder and then restart the client and see if any differt.
