Problem with Predecessor in ServiceDesk 4.5 Workorders

Hi. I've a problem with creating Predecessors for Workorders. I would like to create a Service Call template (called New Employee) which will have relation to Workorders (3 workorders for example: "Prepare desktop", "Create AD account" and "Train a emplyee"). But I would like that these workorders will be active witch specific order, for example first is "Prepare desktop" and only when it is Closed (after first workgroup set status to closed), next workorder should be active and then secound workgroup can work with it, and so on. How can I do these??? Now my Predecessor and Succesor field are grey and even I log as system I can't do nothing. Look at screen.

Relating Work Orders in time using the Predecessor/Successor mechanism can only be done from the Change module.
