Problem with Planned CI values

I have created some hidden field in Configuration item form. I have restricted all access rights for these fields and I have removed them from forms so users can not see them, but when they are setting Planned CI values trough work orders - they can see all fields (attributes) that CI has.
Is there any possibility to restrict list of attributes that are visible in CI on work order form?

We have Service Desk 4.5 SP14

Please help!

If you have set the CI field to "Hide" access in their role, they shouldn't be able to see the field on 'planned values'. Check the user does not have multiple roles.
