Problem management

Running on 4.5 SP19 does anybody know a way to close all support calls associated to a problem without going into to each individual call.

You can create a rule like this to have all related support calls closed based on any condition within the problem:

When problem is modified
where "Use your own condition here"
Closed SCs (Update Data) Status set to Closed

In the Update Data Action, enable "Select a related item?" and choose "Related service events: Support Call", this will change all related Support Calls status to Closed.

Mae sure that the related Support Calls have all required fields for Closed status, otherwise rule will fail.
