Problem in Application Server

Hi All,

Today morning I found that automailers were not going to the users and checked the server log files for any errors. I found that no DB/UI rules were executed and there were no entries in the server log file. I have restarted the services and now the application is working fine.

I have attached the error log file from the time the rules stopped working.

Request you to kindly check and let me know the reason for the problem and the solution at the earliest. This problem has occured twice this month.

Harini,

You have not attached the log.

I recall that there have been patches for problems of this sort. Have you checked the support site for the symptoms you have encountered?
