Problem getting sd_event to relate service call to workorder

Our developer are having a problem getting sd_event to relate a new work order to an existing service call. He managed to get it working before, but now it is not working for an uknown reason.

We now recieve the error:
on, 24/10/2007 14:37:29 No item found with this search code. Please enter an existing search code.
while processing attribute SERVICECALL


I have attached a word document with an overview of the code used.

Can anyone of you skilled with SD_event see any errors in our setup?

The problem was corrected as entering a new template fixed the issue.
