Problem change type of service

Hi,

I am working with Service Desk 4.5 SP24. I have configured all my service, but at beginning, I configured all as operational service but now I want to change someones as business service but I can't because this field in the form now is not possible to modify.

Anybody knows why is this? or How can I modify this field?

Hi Vanessa,

As far as I am aware, you will have to recreate the services: I would recommedn to you rename the old ones with a prefix of "DO NOT USE" until you have got the new ones created as you want.

I don't know why - I have just noticed that you cannot alter it once you have saved it.

I believe you can only change them if there are no other Services or Configuration Items already linked.
