Problem after setting Caller same as Entered by person in DB rule

Hi,
I'm trying to set the Caller same as the Entered by person in DB rule after the Service call creation. However, when the Caller changed, the To workgroup has been updated as the default workgroup defined in Service, and the Deadline also has been updated as the default deadline according to the SLA. Why is it happening? How can I prevent from the To workgroup and Deadline changed by the system?
Any help would be appreciated.

Cannot simulate
