Problem Priority Duration setting missing!

Hi all,

I'm using Openview 4.5 SP12.

I'm trying to create a Problem (for problem records)Priority Duration setting, so when the agents handling Problems can select the priority which will have a duration of x days depending on the priority choosen. The only problem is that I cannot find the code under Problems, only for Incidents and Service Calls.

Could you please let me know if it's because the version we've got doesn't have that code for Problems?

Hi Juan.

This is the way it is in all the versions of Service Desk that I've seen, and we are using service pack 20.
