Problem Module related query

Dear All,

Can you please share you knowledge and tell me regarding "Past Due" status in Problem Module Ticket.
When a Problem ticket comes into"Past Due" status??

What version of SD are you using. We have configured problem mngmt in SD 5.1 to use Asigned,accepted by PM,Root cause,monitor,resolved. Past Due status doesnot exist.Basically problem management should include open stauts,root cause analysis,corrective action and summary.
