Hi,
regarding problem management if we have many applications down with different percentages & performance issues

is it possible to have many fields per application name with different fields for thier percentage & performance issues all in one problem form?

I think you need to record this information somewhere else and not in the problem form.

Even though the information is releated you may be restricted to how you can use the information in the problem form.

Do you have any idea? do you mean to relate multiple service calls as example?
