Priority Field in Service Pages does not save in the client.

Priority Field in Service Pages does not save in the client.

Here is the problem:

When you open a service call in service pages and set the priority to anything. Then when you look at the service call in the client the priority is always set to none. I have checked out rules and do not see anything in there that would be changing this. Anyone have any ideas or is it simply a known issue with the system.
