Hello,

I want to print a form, a service call form for instance, at the bottom of the printed paper it gives me 'Page X of Y',is there any way to prevent this 'Page X of Y' ?!

Re: Printing a form

This is an assumption as I have tried it and I use SD5!

This is in label text, order by name and scroll to Page %1 of %2 and delete it then look at the report again.

Re: Printing a form

Hello Sean,

Im sorry, but I didn't get it. My main concern is about Service Call forms,I have only 'Memo' Report Format, I don't know 1)what to order by name, 2)where to scroll 3)where/what to delete?!.

Re: Printing a form

Hi,

File > Print Preview > Page Setup...
In the Page Setup window, section Headers and Footers, delete value from Footer field.

Re: Printing a form

You have to be an admin

go to presentation workspace > locaixed text, label text, sort by name and scroll down as described above.

Make sure you can find the entry again if you need to put it back ;-).
