When we use the File - Print option to print a ticket and the detail information field contains more that one line of info, the printout cuts off a few of the words at the end of each of the longer lines (could be mid-word and/or mid sentence) then starts up on the next line. It's like the field is too wide for the print and we've tried adjusting the margins. It just cuts the lines off a different points.
Is there a setting in Service Desk to eliminate this and keep all the info on the printed copy?
On another point, is there a way to only print only 1-2 pages of the ticket rather than all of them?
