I want my users only creating Workorders using the Workorder tab in a servicecall. Sometimes they create a workorder from the Workorder entity resulting the workorder is not related to the servicecall.
Is it possible to prevent users creating Workorders from the Workorder entity, I know I can delete the shortcut in the entity window, but i'm affraid they will add the shortcut again.

Yes, you can do that. Create a workorder ui rule that will be triggered when a new item is created and as condition have "Service Call is empty". As action display a user notification message of "ERROR" type that will notify the users that cannot open stand-alone work orders.
If you use Incidents/Changes and Problems (which also can have multiple work orders) just add these conditions.
After new item has been opened where Change is empty OR Service call is empty OR Incident is empty OR Problem is empty ERROR (User Notification Message)
