Outbound Email Config in 5.0

What fires this...see attached

Send email if I need to approve object. My assumption is that it would be a change request but it isn't firing.

Hi,

if this is checked it should send an email to anyone that is included to vote on the approval of e.g a change / workorder etc.If it is not firing check if regular e-mails are being sent to the same users.

That was my guest too, but it isn't firing the way it should. We're running 5.0 and all other email alerts that I set up are running fine. My concern is that we have the ITIL (APM) Model over the top and its customizations may be affecting the SD product.

Any other ideas to test?
