Outage Planning for CI in workorder not working

Hi

My Environment: SD 4.5 SP17 on W2k3 SP1

I´m trying to use the Outage Planning Calculation feature within a Workorder.
I did the following:
- Create Business Service
- Relate SLA with Service Level to Business Service
- Relate CI to Business Service
- Create Workorder
- Relate a CI to the workorder

When I click on "Calculate" within "Planning Suggestion" the box freezes and i have to kill the Client...
As soon as I remove the Relation of the CI to the business service, the calculation works, but does not consider the service hours and starts with the actual start time of the Planning Period.

Any ideas?
