Openview service desk Advanced Find does not open

Hello
As I start the application and try to open the Advanced Find tab, it wont open. I already did empty the application data (Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk) folder once. This helped. But now this.
Is there anything else I may try?

Standart client, not Client 2008?

Advanced Find opens, but it is shown somewhere faaar far away from your desktop.

Activate "Advanced Find" tab on Windows taskbar, press Alt+, then Arrow Down (you select Move), then move your mouse. Window will appear on desktop.

Does somebody knows SOLUTION of this problem, not this trick?

Hello,

Clearing client's cache should reset position of the SD windows.
