OVSD V4.5 SP 18 - Assign to me button not populating

We have a new Service Desk member whose 'Assign to Me' button does not populate her name and workgroup. I have checked her person record and the name she uses to log into the local client. Any clues on where else to look please?

Is her OVSD login linked to her person record? Is there a duplicated person record oor log on account?

Thanks Mark. She had been set up with an SP account twice. Removed one and it works as it should. Have a Happy New Year!!!
