OVSD 5.1 UI-Rule to limit and select template category dont work
i would like to use different "default" templates concerning the source of a ticket. if a user creates a new problem ticket, ovsd schould use a different template as when the problem ticket is generated via service call. for this reason i created several template categories. With UI-Rouls "template: template category equals xxx-Problem" i wonted to select the usage of the specific category and the included template. But the system ignored this selection and used the only default template.
How to solve this croux?? or ist ther an other solution??
