OVSD 5.1 Outage - Can't catch a break this week.

So on top of my UI rules firing even though they're disabled and magically self deleting records I came in this morning to find none of my users could log in.

"cannot connect to server. Check that the server name is correct and that the server is reachable via the network blablabla"

So I reboot both the servers and now half the users can get back in. The other half get a 404 error:

"HTTP Status 404 - /jnlp/ovconsole.jnlp
type Status report
message /jnlp/ovconsole.jnlp
description The requested resource (/jnlp/ovconsole.jnlp) is not available."

When comparing those who can connect with those who can't, there seems to be no obvious differences. Exact same java versions are being used. Its just uncanny.
