OVSD 4.5 and NNM Integration : Search Code is not identified

Hello all,
We have imported all the nodes and interfaces from NNM in Servicedesk, and in the SearchCode we added a prefix of NNM- .
Each time an event triggers an opening of an Incident in SD the Search Code field is empty.
We have stored the Nodename in a CustomField in SD called "NodeName".

Any Suggestions?

Spyros,

Let's be clear about what data is found where.

If you get an alert from NNM, are you sending in that alert the value of NodeName, or the value of Search Code?

Your import mapping needs to be on the field that contains the value in the alert.
