OVSD 4.5 SP19 configuring incoming email

Hi All!

We just installed SP19 and are trying to get the Email list working. Both incoming and outgoing email is added to the list with no problem. However, there are some cases where used have signatures with things like:


These are rejeect because "Email" (among other things) is not identified as a valid field. We have been thinking about having a special block for the reply and warning the customers about things like that. However, I would prefer something in OVSD where we can avoid this problem.

The other issue is the email Preview. There are just too many fields displayed. Is there any way to remove some of the fields?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
