OVSD 4,5 - Audit: Logged on Users

Hi, fellows!

I checked old sessions on the Logged on Users to remove them. I restarted the Service Desk service and these sessions werent removed. Hou can I clean these old sessions?

Go under Admin Console/Security/Logged on users and check the box "Mark for removal" I believe every thirty seconds it takes a look at them and will release that session marked for removal. If you do not see that field in your session view you will need to add it

You have to :
- stop SD Server;
- open sql session with a sqlclient like sqlplus
- delete all entries in table REP_SESSION
- restart SD Server
