OVOW and Service Desk Intergration

Hi,
I'm having trouble setting up the policy "Forward messages to Service Desk".

All i have done so far is:
1. installed "hpOpenViewservicedeskovow7.exe" on my OVOW Server

2. Ran the policy install bat

3. Modified the sd_event.ini as follows(which i'm not sure if i have done right)
[SD_EVENT]
LOGFILE=C:\OVOSD\log\sd_event.log
ERROR_LOGFILE=C:\OVOSD\log\sd_event_error.log
ACCOUNT=%service desk login%/%passord%
SERVER=%name of my service desk server%
PORT=30980
MAPPING=ovowindows
CLASSNAME=incident
MODUS=insert
LANGUAGE=EN-US

4. Deployed the policy on my OVOW management server

I'm sure i havent done enough so far but i'm in need of help!
