Number of Work Orders related to a Service Call

How I can know if all work orders related to a service call are closed and automatically (using rules) change the actual start date of the Service Call?

There is a variable or parameter that tells me whether a service call has N number of related orders and know their status?

There is no logic within Service Desk that will help with your first question.  I would query the database using Service Desk's views for reporting and script sd_event or a Java program (SD web-api) to change the actual start.

 

As for the second question, there is no variable or parameter but you could try an Explorer View for realtime data.
