Notification of Repeating calls

We are using SD 4.5 with sp22, We would like to receive notification of Repeated problems in a CI within a given time period automatically. Any help in this regard would be very helpful.

Hello;
Have you considered creating an overview action that will list the calls for the agents when creating the ticket? You can set it up so that it runs on demand or by default if it meets certain criteria.
