Not able too see servicecalls in the web-interface

When we create a Service Call with ServicePages (Web-interfacet), the end user can see both open and close call.

But when the ServiceDesk create a call for the end user in ServiceDesk, the end user is not able to see these Service Calls at all in the ServicePages (Web-interfacet).

If I take the person records is it possible to see both the calls from the ServicePages (Web-interfacet) and the calls from ServiceDesk.

How and I config Servicedesk 5.1 to show the end user both calls in the ServicePages (Web-interface)

Hi there,

The user will see the SCs that have been configured to be shown. You configure the view to be used by specifying 2 views (restricted and full) to be used by SP end users in Service Pages | Presentation | View Settings.

You define which calls will appear by defining the filter on the relevant view.

So if users are not seeing calls logged on their behalf it will be because of the filter on the view. What filter are you using?
