Need to change in Service call

Hi All,

I am new in OVSD plz help me.....
My Client wants to change in Impact now we are getting severity 1 2 3 4. But we want to S 1 2 3 4.
How i can modify it please help me......

Anything related to Impact and Priority is found in the Administrator's Console, under Data > Codes > General.

If you need more help, you will need to elaborate and perhaps provide some screenies.

Do not forget to assign points for the guidance.

I need one more help. I have create one SP user but when he login in SP Account he'll not receive any tickets in his bin.
Please help me......

There are several things you need to check for the user to be able to receive or even have access to see tickets:

- Role (permissions to read/modify items/fields and access to Views)
- Account + Person + Workgroup (all linked)
- Service Pages Views (no filters preventing users from seeing the ticket items)

Ensure all of these make sense as far as permissions/access/filters goes and everything should be fine for the users.
