Multiple SLA for users

Hi All,

Is there a way to relate callers to multiple SLAs?

Re: Multiple SLA for users

Hi,

Service Calls to SLAs or
Persons (receivers) to SLAs?

Re: Multiple SLA for users

Hi Harini,
SLAs are related to services and services could be related, via service calls, with a caller.
Of course, you can define and relate SLAs "receivers" as organizations, persons
or both.
Please, be more specific regarding your question.

Re: Multiple SLA for users

Hi Mihai,

Thanks a ton for the reply.

My problem is that a Person (User) is related to a particular SLA that is Class A in our case. Now if I am logging a service call with SLA Server for the same User the Service Level is picked up as Class A with the corresponding Priority. (Screenshot attached)

Now I need to relate the user to Server SLA also for logging service calls of server fir the same user.

Pls help!!!
