More Attachmnent Functionality in SD 4.5 SP20

Attachments cannot be "right clicked" and saved, only opened. So you must have an application installed that will handle the attachment. For example, a Lotus Notes ID file cannot be opened by any application and cannot be saved down once attached to a ticket.

Is there any way around this? Is there a way to do a smart action to "Save all attachments"?

Hello Carlos,

While you cannot create such action you can drag the attachment to a folder or to desktop and open it from there.
