Modifying Relations field in Incidents

Software: OpenView ServiceDesk 4.5 (SP7)

Currently under the Relations tab in an Incident, I am able to see the 4 following columns: Type, To, ID and Description. I would like to expand on this to include the Entered by Person ID and Name, as well, but I cannot find a way to do this. Can it be done?

Hi,

I don't think that yo ucan change that view. The rule of thimb that has been posted recently is that if you can right click the view and customise it it canbe modified. If you can't do this it cannot.

Is there a way to directly customize such a view on the Server? I mean when the "Customize This View..." option is available on the right click over a Form table?
