I was looking for where to go to actually modify how the Relations are sorting in the Relations tab on a Service Call, Incident, Change and Problem. Using Service Desk 4.5 SP11. I have search and searched made modifications with no success. I want to right align the ID number and sort by item type. Where is this done at?
Unfortunately, at least to my knowledge, there is no way to modify this. And IIRC till some SP level the "Status" didn't appear on the list and HP implemented it on an SP. If we were able to customize this thing HP wouldn't offer as a service pack feature.
